Central management

Business FAQs
From how many people does it make sense?
The Team plan starts at 5 users. Below that, each person can use the Pro plan and move into a company account as you grow.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 30 days on the Team and Business plans, with no credit card.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You pay for active users and can cancel whenever you like.
How do we add the whole team?
From a CSV file (you can export it from Excel). From Odoo, coming soon, and through Microsoft or Google sign-in, planned. Everyone gets an email invitation and adds their photo and details.
Can employees edit their own card?
Whatever the administrator allows. The company template sets which fields are locked (logo, colours, address) and which each person can edit.
What happens to the card of someone who leaves?
It is switched off or redirected to their department’s generic card, so no contact is lost. Their NFC card can be assigned to someone else.
Who owns the contacts an employee captures?
Each person keeps them in their contact book and can export them as CSV or vCard. A shared company contact book is coming soon.
Can we scan paper cards?
Yes, with your own AI: take a photo, pass it to your ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Copilot with our instructions and it extracts the name, job title, company, phone, email and website. Copy its reply and paste it into TARJE2ME.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in the European Union, encrypted in transit. We sign a data processing agreement with every company.
Is there single sign-on?
It is planned, with Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace on the Business plan. Today you sign in without a password, with a one-time code sent to your email.
Are changes logged?
Yes: the audit log records who changed what, and when.
