We are developing a mode for trade fairs and conferences: QR or NFC badges for attendees and exhibitors, lead capture at every stand and reports for the organiser. It’s coming soon; if you have a fair on the calendar, book a demo.

What we are preparing for chambers of commerce, town councils, associations and companies that run trade fairs, conferences or programmes.
Create the event
Name, dates, venue, exhibitors and attendees. You’ll be able to upload the lists in one go or let each participant register.
A card for every participant
Those who already have a card will link it to the event; those who don’t will get a temporary one. And everyone will get a QR or NFC badge ready to print.
Event report
Attendees, leads generated per exhibitor and a stand ranking, to export as PDF and CSV. Designed as evidence for grant-funded programmes.
At the stand: capture, rate and follow up (coming soon)
Each exhibitor will be able to capture leads from their phone in three ways: scanning the visitor’s badge, photographing their paper card (with their own AI) or using a quick form.
Every contact will be tagged with the event, with notes and a rating —cold, warm or hot— so you know who to call first on Monday.

Coming soon, the web app will work offline and sync contacts when the signal returns. Essential in exhibition halls.

The visitor explicitly agrees to data processing every time their details are captured. It is recorded with date and wording.

Each exhibitor will take their contacts away as CSV or VCF. Sending them to their Odoo will come with the integration.
B2B matchmaking
A later phase: participants with interests and sector, meeting suggestions, a schedule by time slot and table, and a report of the meetings held.
Events FAQs
Do visitors need to install anything?
No. The badge carries a QR code or an NFC chip and the card opens in the browser. Only exhibitors will use the web app.
How many events does each plan include?
Events mode is in development, and what each plan will include will be on the pricing page once it’s available. Meanwhile, book a demo.
Can I book a one-off event?
It is planned as a per-event add-on, with no need for an annual plan. We’ll tell you more in a demo.
