TARJE2ME is a product developed by Índole, the trade name under which INDOLE DATA TECHNOLOGY S.L.L. operates.

Purpose and acceptance

This notice governs access to and use of the TARJE2ME website. Browsing it makes you a user and means you accept this notice. Use of the platform (creating cards, managing an organisation, buying from the shop) is also governed by the terms of use and sale.

Proper use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to use it to harm others, introduce malicious software, attempt to access restricted areas or publish unlawful or misleading content, or impersonate others on a card.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, designs, illustrations, code and the TARJE2ME brand belong to INDOLE DATA TECHNOLOGY S.L.L. or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without permission, except for personal, private use. The content each holder publishes on their card (photo, logo, texts) remains theirs; see the terms of use.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions; prices and features may change. We are not responsible for the content holders publish on their cards, although we will remove it diligently once we have actual knowledge that it is unlawful (Art. 16 LSSI-CE). Links to third-party sites are provided for reference only.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence; otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Torrelavega (Cantabria, Spain).
