Your business cards, soon connected to Odoo.
We are building it: the employees you already have in Odoo will become digital cards, and every contact they capture will go back into Odoo as a contact or a lead. No spreadsheets, no middleman, no typing things twice.

What the integration will do (coming soon)
Will sync your employees
Name, job, department, phone, email and photo will come from hr.employee. Whatever you change in Odoo will show up on the card.
Automatic joiners, leavers and changes
New starters in Odoo will get their card; leavers will have theirs switched off automatically. Nobody will have to remember.
Contacts and leads with their source
Whatever is captured will come in as res.partner or crm.lead, with the source “Digital card”, tags and the assigned salesperson.
Follow-up reminders (planned)
Planned: if nobody replies after X days, an activity will be created on the lead for the salesperson, so follow-up lives where you already work.
Configurable field mapping
You’ll decide which card field goes to which Odoo field, including the custom fields in your instance.
The card, inside Odoo too (planned)
Planned: a “View card” button on the employee form and the card’s QR code on your quotations and invoices.

You’ll be able to start with whichever is simpler for you and switch whenever you like.
Through the Odoo API
With an API key and Odoo’s standard XML-RPC or JSON-RPC calls. Nothing to install in your Odoo; syncing will run periodically.
With the tarje2me_connector module (planned)
Planned: our own module, installed in Odoo, for real-time sync plus the button on the employee form and the QR code on reports.
