Councils · chambers · public bodies

Your whole institution’s identity, on a card that keeps itself up to date.

Digital business cards for your staff, departments and programmes: accessible, with data hosted in the European Union, with an e-invoice we issue through FACe and with the documentation that procurement procedures require.

At a business support day, council staff share their official contact with a QR code.

Designed for every kind of public body

Every public organisation hands out cards for different reasons. These are the use cases TARJE2ME is built for.

Town councils

The mayor’s office, councillors and technical staff with the same institutional image. When a term of office or a portfolio changes, the details are updated once and every card reflects it.

Chambers of commerce

Cards for staff, for each programme and for the entrepreneurs in your business incubators, who get a professional image from day one.

Regional governments and agencies

Ministries, directorates-general and dependent agencies, each with its own template, under a single corporate identity and a single contract.

Local development and tourism

Local development agencies and tourist offices: cards for staff and venue cards with opening hours, location and practical information for visitors.

One organisation, many entities

The multi-entity structure mirrors how a public administration is really organised: a parent organisation with child entities (departments, agencies, autonomous bodies) and, within each, its units.

  • Each entity has its own template, always within the institutional identity.
  • The super-admin decides which fields are fixed and which each person can edit.
  • Each entity can have its own administrator, who only sees and manages their own staff.
  • When someone leaves their post, their card is deactivated or redirected to the department’s generic card.

Compliance, with no small print

We tell you what is in place and what is not yet. No badges we don’t have.

Designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA

The public card, the app and the dashboard are designed to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, with an accessibility statement.

Data in the European Union

Data is hosted on servers located in the European Union. No international transfers for the core service; only the optional automatic AI reading is processed by Anthropic (USA).

GDPR and Spanish data protection law

We act as data processor. You can download the data processing agreement template and the list of sub-processors.

FACe e-invoicing

We issue the e-invoice through FACe, Spain’s public e-invoicing hub, using the DIR3 codes of your accounting office, managing body and processing unit.

Roadmap towards the ENS

We use the security measures of Spain’s National Security Framework (ENS) as a design reference and have mapped out a roadmap towards certification. We are not certified today, and we won’t say so until we are.

Co-official languages

Spanish and English from day one. The architecture is already prepared for Catalan, Basque and Galician; they are switched on upon request, together with your body’s own translations.

Public sector FAQs

Can it be procured as a minor contract?

Yes. The annual licence by user tier is designed to fit a minor contract in most public bodies, and the dossier includes unit prices to support it.

Who is the data controller?

Your organisation is the data controller and we act as processor, with the data processing agreement signed before we start.

What happens when someone leaves their post?

Their card is deactivated or redirected to the department’s generic card, and any QR codes and NFC cards already handed out still lead to a valid contact at the institution.
