Our commitment

INDOLE DATA TECHNOLOGY S.L.L. is committed to making the TARJE2ME website, public card, app and organisation dashboard accessible. Although as a private entity we are not bound by Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018, we follow its statement model because many of our clients are public bodies that are.

Our goal is to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA (equivalent to standard EN 301 549).

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. We have designed and reviewed it with that goal (text contrast of at least 4.5:1, keyboard navigation, alternative text, heading structure, labelled forms and respect for the reduced-motion preference), but it has not yet undergone an independent audit. Until it does, we do not declare it fully compliant.

Content that may not be accessible

  • Some downloadable PDF documents may not be fully tagged.
  • Cards designed by holders themselves may include images or colour combinations of their choosing; the editor warns when contrast is insufficient.
  • Animated illustrations are decorative and stop if your system requests reduced motion.

Preparation of this statement

Statement prepared on 20 October 2026 through a self-assessment by our own team. It will be reviewed at least once a year and whenever there are significant changes.
