Pricing questions
Is there a minimum term?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled whenever you like. Annual plans are cheaper and won’t renew if you cancel before they end.
How does the 30-day trial work?
On the Team and Business plans you get 30 days with every feature, without giving a credit card. When it ends, you choose a plan or the account is paused at no cost.
What counts as a user?
Each person with an active card. If someone leaves and you deactivate their card, they stop counting from the next billing period.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this page exclude VAT.
How do you invoice public bodies?
We issue the e-invoice through FACe, using the DIR3 codes provided by the public body.
